Milicare Industries Private Limited was founded in October 2021 at Bhubaneswar, India, with a vision to address small problems of Indian homes that have larger consequences on health, wellness and quality of life – getting safe and healthy water, cleaning and hygiene in homes, and convenient solutions for nagging ailments among others. Milicare focuses on innovations in these three areas – Water, Hygiene and Healthcare.

Federico Paterno is Advisor at Milicare. He guides the business on Strategy and Technology.
Federico Paterno has been an accomplished International Business Leader for nearly 30 years in the Food Service, Coffee, and Water Industries. He has led business turnarounds in the Asia-Pacific region for over 20 years. He has contributed in senior positions with reputed global businesses like Lavazza Coffee, Franke Coffee Systems, and Pentair among others, leading multi-cultural cross-functional teams, and delivering fast-paced growth in revenue and profits. For the last 6 years, Mr Paterno has been associated with several Global Businesses through FPConsulting, helping them set up, stabilize, and grow their businesses in the APAC market.
Mr Paternò is known for his strategic acumen, leading-by-example approach, and strong work ethic among colleagues and clients. Mr Paternò is a Master of Science in Management of International Companies from Università Bocconi, Milan, Italy.
Driven by his passion for learning cultures across geographies – including languages, festivals, and cuisine, Mr Paterno is a keen reader of how social and cultural backgrounds influence individual and group behaviours, thought processes, and business practices. He has a strong interest in history and geopolitics and hence brings a thoughtful and nuanced perspective to global business environments.
GP Dash is Director and General Manager at Milicare. He is also Managing Partner of ABG Professionals LLP
Mr Dash has worked for more than 20 years in senior positions with reputed multi-national and national business organizations like DuPont, Pentair, Diversey, Akzo Nobel, JK Industries and Nalco. In the last 10 years of his corporate career, Mr Dash worked in leadership roles with P&L responsibility, leading businesses for India and Indian Subcontinent Region. He has extensive experience as a business leader in the water industry and is an expert in speciality chemicals for the professional cleaning industry.
Mr Dash is a chemical engineer from NIT, Rourkela and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
